Firstly fry peanut in the oil keeps them aside.

Wash poha and drain it add salt and sugar keep it aside.

In a kadhai add oil when hot add mustard and jeera when it starts cracking add curry leaves and onion and green chill. Now add tomato and potato cook for 2 mins, Add dry masala and salt cook it potato is cooked. Now add poha and roasted peanut Garnish with coriander leaves. Switch off the gas lastly add lemon juice.

Assemble it on a plate add raw onion and sev Serve with tea.
