Heat ghee & fry peanuts. take out in a plate/bowl.

In the same ghee add semolina & roast till a nice aromatic smell.

Take out in a plate.

Soak urad dal, chana dal on little water for 5-10mins.

Heat oil. add curry leaves, green chilli, soaked dal, mustard seeds & cook.

Then add onion & sauté till it becomes translucent.

Then add tomato to it, add salt & black pepper powder to it.

Add 1-11/2 cup water & lime juice to it.

Let it boil & then add semolina to it Mix well.

Add peanuts to it.* we can add fried cashew nuts too.

Serve hot.
