Boil milk add vinegar to cuddle milk. Heat sugar and water when sugar melts add thandai powder.

Make balls of paneer in rasmalai and drop in sugar water cook for 10min. It doubleezim size.

To make thandai paste -
Soak all ingredients and grind it to paste - 4
For rabdi -
Boil full fat milk add thandai paste add condensed milk drop prepared rasmalai cook for some time. - 5
In serving bowl pour rabdi over it with drynuts chilled and serve.
