Ingredients

1 serving
  • 5for dry fruit banana smoothie: dates / kajur (seedless)
  • 1 tspbadam / almonds dry grapes / kishmish
  • 5cashew / kaju
  • 5 pistachios
  • 1ripened banana (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp warm water (to soak
  • 1/4 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 glasscold milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, in a small bowl soak 5 each dates, badam, cashew, pistachios and 1 tsp dry grapes.

    after soaking dry fruits for 15-30 mins in warm water, transfer to blender.

    Also add 1 ripened banana, 1 tbsp and 1 cup cold milk.

    Add vanilla extract n sugar
    blend smooth making sure dry fruits and blended well.

    Finally, pour dry fruit banana smoothie in a serving jar and serve.
