Rabdi with colourful coconut ladoo

First heat the milk in a pan to make a rabdi. When the milk rises, slow down the gas flame and slowly let the milk thicken. And collect the cream in the side. When the milk is halved, add two teaspoons of milk powder and condensed milk. Add saffron dissolved in a teaspoon of milk. When ready, add dry fruits. Let cool.

To make colorful coconut ladu:
Heat a teaspoon of ghee in a pan and add coconut. Saute for one minute. Now add condensed milk, turn off the gas and mix well. - 3
Now make four parts of coconut. Add different food color to each portion and make small size laddu.

Add colorful coconut ladu in prepared rabadi and garnish with dry fruit and serve.
