Ingredients

1/2 hours

4 servings

1/2kg,Fresh fish pieces
1/2cup,corn flour
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
as required Oil for frying,
as per taste salt,
as required turmeric powder,
as required red chilli powder,

First wash fish 2 times,after that add salt & turmeric powder in it,add ginger-garlic paste rub on every piece,corn flour

Add red chilli powder and mix properly leave it for 10 minutes

Now put kadhai add oil for frying and fry them crispy
Serve it with steamed rice
