Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupleft over dabeli potato masala
  2. 2left over wheat flour paratha
  3. 4 tspthick maida slurry
  4. 1chopped onion
  5. 1chopped tomates
  6. 4 tspmasala peanuts
  7. 2 tspgarlic red chilli chutney
  8. 2 tsptamarind jaggery chutney
  9. 1 tsplemon juice
  10. as required Some very thin sev
  11. as per taste Some chopped coriander
  12. as required Oil to fry

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add dabeli potato masala, heat on low flame, add garlic red chilli chutney and tamarind jaggery chutney mix well. Turn of gas.

  2. 2

    Take left over paratha. Cut into halves. On a low flame, heat oil in kadai.

  3. 3

    Now take half piece of paratha, give a cone shape, on a kulfi cone shape mould, grease it with oil. Now stick edges of paratha cone by applying maida slurry.

  4. 4

    Fry on a low flame, till turns golden pink or paratha cone leaves cone mould.

  5. 5

    Make all paratha cones in same way.

  6. 6

    Now stuff dabeli potato masala in cone. Add chopped onions and tomatoes, along with masala peanuts, coriander and lemon juice.. Sprinkle some thin sev..
