Steps

In a pan add dabeli potato masala, heat on low flame, add garlic red chilli chutney and tamarind jaggery chutney mix well. Turn of gas.

Take left over paratha. Cut into halves. On a low flame, heat oil in kadai.

Now take half piece of paratha, give a cone shape, on a kulfi cone shape mould, grease it with oil. Now stick edges of paratha cone by applying maida slurry.

Fry on a low flame, till turns golden pink or paratha cone leaves cone mould.

Make all paratha cones in same way.

Now stuff dabeli potato masala in cone. Add chopped onions and tomatoes, along with masala peanuts, coriander and lemon juice.. Sprinkle some thin sev..
