Yogurt tahini dip
Tasty dip for your bread, crisps or veggies

Combine the tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, crushed garlic and salt until smooth and creamy (if it’s too thick depends on the tahini add a bit of water)

Finely chop the green part of the leek, then add it to the yogurt tahini mixture with a sprinkle of sumac. Mix.

Add a drizzle of olive oil and serve. I had it with roasted leek
