Steps

Grind steamed rice in mixer grinder. Keep aside.

Then add chopped coriander, mint, onion, green chillies, kasuri methi, gram flour, salt & sugar with grinded rice. Mix it well.

Heat oil in kadai & make pakora from it. Fry it till golden brown in medium to low flame. Serve it with tomato sauce or Puffed rice.
