Ingredients

  • 5boiled aloo
  • 2spoon ghee
  • 1spoon. jeera
  • 1spoon green chilli paste
  • 1spoon turmeric powder
  • 1spoon coriander powder
  • 1/2spoon jeera powder
  • 1spoon garam masala
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2spoon. amchoor
  • 1spoon sugar
  • as requiredCoriander leaves finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel aloo and roughly mash them.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee add cumin green chilli paste, coriander powder,jeera powder, garam masala mix it well.(lower the flame)

    Add amchoor,salt,sugar mix it well together sprinkle some coriander leaves and it's ready to serve with rice and roti
