Rice and stew with cabbage salad

Per boil the rice, wash and strain

Return the per boiled rice in the pot and set on fire to cook, and set aside

Put pot on the gas, pour in oil, sliced in onion and add meat in it, fry for a minute

Add the blended tomatoes and pepper in the meat and cover the pot and allow it to reduced it water

Add in the seasoning, salt, curry and spices

Off the gas and cover the stew

Cut the cabbage, tomatoes and cucumber in a desired size
- 8
Serve the food
