Put 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and heat it..

Now put 1 cup of semolina and roast it.

Take 2 cups of water in a pan and let it to be boiled on the other flame

Semolina is roasted now.. take it out..

Now put some oil in same pan.. put urad dal, mustard seeds, some asafoetida, some curry leaves..

Now put 1 chopped onion.. if you like than you can add some chopped garlic as well.. roast it..

Put 1 finally chopped tomato and 2 chopped green chillies.. don't cook it too much..

Now put roasted semolina in it and roast it for a min.

Now I have 2 cups boiled water.. put some lemon juice, 1 TSP of sugar and salt to taste in it..

Semolina is roasted.. now gradually add water in it and stir it well.. put the flame slow and cover it for 3-4 min. on slow flame

Now put some oil in a pan and roast some peanuts in it. Now take out these peanuts..

Now put fried peanuts and coriander leaves in upma.. and our tasty, hot and soft upma is ready
