Crostini is an Italian heated bread with any topping of one's choice, usually made with a loaf bread that's been sliced. Any bread alternative can be used though (eg sliced bread).

Crostini is an Italian heated bread with any topping of one's choice, usually made with a loaf bread that's been sliced. Any bread alternative can be used though (eg sliced bread).
Steps

Preheat oven. Arrange bread slices on baking tray.

Brush both sides of bread with olive oil and season with salt.

Bake crostinis for 20mins till golden brown turning once. Let them cool before adding topping.

For the topping, brush each crostini with generous amount of honey and sprinkle coconut on top.

Crostinis are ready to serve. Best served warm with a cup of tea.
