It can be served with any Indian and Chinese cuisine.
Steps

Grind garlic and then Grind red chillies.

Take a pan and add 2 table spoon oil in it. Now stir Garlic paste and when it started to become golden add red chilli paste in it and stir it well.

Now add sugar, salt and vinegar in it and cook it well.

Let it cool in normal temperature and serve it.
