Mac and Cheese Mac and Cheese
Finally, it is here! I had been wanting to make this dish for as long as I can remember. My daughters have been requesting for this for ages. Perhaps I couldn't find a great mac n cheese recipe, I mean I'd tried my fair share of mac n cheese, home-cooked and at eateries. I wasn't at all impressed. Sure, some are Instagram-worthy with all that photogenic cheese pull but most fall flat on flavors. They were either too gloopy or too blend without much depth in flavors. Some of the cheese sauces are too over-powering which kinda makes me wanna throw up. Yes, it is that bad. And please don't get me started on the bread crumbs. I also had tried my hands on some of the celebrity chef's recipes, but I still wasn't impress. Until I stumbled upon Heston Blumenthal's version. He is right, you will never cook mac n cheese the same way again. He is right about the typical cheese sauce or mornay sauce whereby it starts with a roux and mixing in the milk and cheese. The roux will somehow makes the sauce gloopy and mask the flavors of the cheese. He switched the traditional ingredients and methods out for 4 simple elements: wine, stock, corn flour and cheese. I was a bit mindblown cos I finally found someone who agrees with me. Without much hesitation, I went ahead with his recipe and guess what? He also uses the same pasta cooking method as I am. How cool is that? Daniel Lim -

Mac n' Cheese Spinach Casserole Mac n' Cheese Spinach Casserole
Amongst some of my favorite cooking shows American, 🙂 British, (I do enjoy watching Nigella but my absolute favorite is Lorraine Pascale) 🙂 French and Italian, 🙂 haven’t found a good Spanish one yet..(so if anyone in Spain knows one please let me know so I can watch it), I also have a favorite Greek Cooking show which is at least for me the best I have seen from Greece so far. The host’s name is Vaggelis Driskas and the cooking show is called MasterClass. His cookbooks have been awarded and have easy to follow recipes, the great part is that some do come in the English language. So, if your into watching International Cooking Shows, I am sure you will enjoy his even though Greek is the main language on his show, but that should not stop you because I watch many different cooking shows from around the world and I just look at the ingredients and know what they are making.Till this day I have yet to meet someone who has told me that they don’t love good old fashion Mac n’ Cheese…:) So, a few days ago I was watching his show and he did this fantastic Mac n’ Cheese Spinach Casserole, which I just had to try! and I did and it came out so delicious that I wanted to share the recipe with you. If you love Mac n’ Cheese, you will love the twist that he has given to this dish. I tweaked it with a little more Cheddar and Parmesan Cheese. 🙂 Foodzesty -
Easy mac n cheese! Easy mac n cheese!
I used penne pasta instead of elbow Macaroni n I think it came out just as good. U can add bread crumbs to this recipe. If you choose too mid way through cooking cover mac n cheese with foil so the bread crumbs don't burn. U can also add bacon, ham or tomatoes before putting it in the oven as well. ;) curvy.n.sexii -

I love cheese, so I tried making this with cheddar cheese, which I usually have in stock. You can use whatever cheese you like, but I think cheddar is best. For the macaroni, I think it's best to use something with groves, to make it easier to mix in with the sauce. Recipe by Cha-mama cookpad.japan -
Mac & Cheese Pizza Mac & Cheese Pizza
Take one. I took two of my middle son favorite foods and combined them, I seen so many pizzas with Mac and cheese online this is my first attempt at this. ( use a good pizza dough I had some leftover that was store bought , I do have a pizza dough recipe on here somewhere that’s great if you have the time to make it.) but this was a hit, the bonus shrimp was amazing on this. I used a extra sharp cheddar cheese.. ( some weird things I make lol! ) 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -
Mom's Macaroni Mom's Macaroni
I'm almost embarrassed to post this recipe, it is so simple. To me, however, it is the the ultimate comfort food when I am feeling blue. Mom never served this with "real" Parmesan cheese. In fact, I never knew that Parmesan cheese came from anything except the green Kraft can until I was an adult! Adam Janowski -
Macaroni and Cheese Macaroni and Cheese
I grew up eating a certain boxed mac and cheese. Never real homemade macaroni. I didn't understand what the big deal was until I tasted my former mother in-law's. Hers was AMAZING! I have been trying for years to get mine to be somewhere close to hers but to no avail. So I decided to ask around (couldn't ask my ex mother in-law) and after many holidays of trying different combinations, I think we've found the winning recipe! My family loved it so much this past Thanksgiving I had to make another pan of it today (3 days after thanksgiving!) I hope everyone else likes it too Beth -
Mac & Cheese bombs Mac & Cheese bombs
#deepfried#indvswi#indvswMac and cheese is definitely some of the best comfort food. But why stop there when you can create this classic American comfort food into a crispy, cheesy and yummy finger food. A fun and easy recipe that the kids and guests will love! Crisp on the outside yet so soft, creamy and cheesy on the inside. Absolutely one of my faves. No need for spoons with this mac dish!! Shuchi Jain
