Ingredients

10-15 minutes
2-3 servings
  1. 3/4 cupbroken vermicelli (sevaiyan)
  2. 2 cupsmilk
  3. 2 tablespoonsghee
  4. 1/2 teaspoongreen cardamom powder
  5. 2 tablespoonschopped pistachios+ for garnishing
  6. 2 tablespoonschopped almonds + for garnishing
  7. 4 tablespoonsugar
  8. as per needSaffron for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add vermicelli and sauté till golden. Add green cardamom powder and mix well.

    Add pistachios and almonds and sauté for a minute. Add milk, stir and cook till the mixture thickens.

  3. 3

    Add sugar, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve hot garnished with a pinch of saffron, pistachios and almonds.
