Ingredients

  • Halfpack brown fresh mushroom
  • 1small can of cream of mushroom
  • 1 piecechicken breast
  • 5 tbspFlour
  • White pepper
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine salt, black pepper,egg and flour. Then roll and coat the chicken.

  2. 2

    Heat pan add oil then dip fry the coated cnicken breast.

  3. 3

    Stir fry mushroom then pour the cream. Simmer until cook.

  4. 4

    Scoop rice in a bowl then place cooked mushroom on the surface. Then top it fried chicken.

  5. 5

    Serve.
