Grind the black sesame seeds into powder

Combine the graham crackers and the melted butter in a bowl

Spread the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the pan and press down gently so that the mixture is compressed

Use a food processor and blend in the cream cheese until smooth

Add the sugar to the food processor until the mixture becomes fluffy

Add the tofu, cream, yogurt into the food processor and blend until smooth

Add the black sesame powder and blend until combined

Sprinkle the gelatin powder into the water in a small pot and make sure that it is combined. Heat up the mixture and continue to stir until the gelatin has melted.

Add the gelatin mixture into the food processor and blend until combined.

Pour the batter into your pan and keep refrigerated for about 2-3 hours to set
