Preheat the microwave to 180°c. Combine all the dry ingredients with all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and instant coffee. Sieve the ingredients and keep them aside.

In another mixing bowl combine curd, malai and sugar. Whisk well.

Combine both the mixture together wet and dry and mix everything well. Now add walnuts and choco chips to the batter. Mix everything using cut and fold method.

Grease the cake mould and put butter paper. Pour the batter into it and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove and cool completely.

Cut into slices and enjoy malai chocolate cake.
