In a Small Mixing Bowl, Whisk together the Mayonnaise, Milk, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Chives, Lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt & Pepper. Once Well Combined, Cover and Refrigerate for 20 - 30 Minutes.

Prepare the English Peas & Bacon. I like to Boil my Peas for @ 6 - 8 Minutes, then Cool in Cold Water. I also Cooked my Bacon in the Oven at 400° for 15 - 25 Minutes (Depending on your Bacon) I placed the Bacon on a Parchment Lined Baking Sheet, and kept Checking it every 5 Minutes past the 15 Minute Mark. Bake until Crisp.

In a Large Mixing Bowl, Add Peas, Red & Green Onions, Bacon, Cheese, and Eggs. Pour in Dressing, & Toss Well to Combine. Taste for Seasoning, & add more Salt & Pepper if Needed.

Cover & Refrigerate for At Least 1 Hour or Eat Immediately if you Can't Wait. Enjoy!
