Watermelon is a sweet & refreshing low calorie summer snack. It provides hydration & also essential nutrients, including vitamins minerals & antioxidants. We can use it in various types of drinks & sweet dishes. Here I tried to make pudding.

Watermelon is a sweet & refreshing low calorie summer snack. It provides hydration & also essential nutrients, including vitamins minerals & antioxidants. We can use it in various types of drinks & sweet dishes. Here I tried to make pudding.
Steps

In nonstick pan add juice & sugar boil it for 3 to 4 min. Now add cornflour liquid step by step.

Stir it continues to avoid lumps. Now add lemon juice. Cook it till thick batter. Dry ingredients also add between boiled.

Pour it in bowl or any shaped vessel. Now cool it on room temperature. Keep it in freezer for 2 to 3 hour.

Demould it, garnish it with coconut powder, & mint leaf. Serve it chilled. Sweet & tangy ice pudding is ready.
