Parboil your rice and keep it aside

Put a clean pot over fire, add vegetable oil

Add your crushed ginger and garlic in the oil and fry it a little

Add your parboiled rice with salt and keep stiring

Put your peas, stir for few more minutes and add hot water enough to cook the rice and cover it.

After some minutes, add your carrots, then your scrambled egg.

Lastly add your chopped spring onions and allow it to simmer. You can eat it with any stew of your choice. Enjoy
