Peel onion and make a cross mark so that all masala goes inside onion

Take a big bowl add vinegar and onion and place it in sunlight for 1 day

Drain the vinegar
Add salt and haldi and place it for 2 hrs in sunlight. - 4
Grate raw mango and place it in sunlight for sometime so that all wet ness is gone

Cut green chilli into small pieces
Cut garlic into small pieces
Grate ginger place all this in sunlight for sometime - 6
Now in onion add ginger garlic green chilli raw mango all masala

Heat oil to smoking hot close the flame and let it come in room temperature add onion seeds

Pour the oil in onion mixture and mix well

Place it in sunlight for 1 day

Transfer it in air tight container
Can be stored for 1 month - 11
Keep it in fridge
