Fine chop all veggies. Remove excess water from cucumber. Cover and refrigerate veggies.

Now dry roast cumin seeds and dry red chilli. Blend it with black pepper to coarse powder.

Now take veggies bowl add coarse powder, salt and sugar. Mix well. Lastly add fresh curd to it. Curd should not be watery. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve chilled with paratha, rice or chapati. Enjoy.
