Boil the palm kernel, pound it and then allow it to cool off then extract the juice using warm water.
Pound crayfish, pepper, Banga seed and okpehe and keep aside. - 2
Wash the fish,kpomo and stock fish and boil them together in a pot using onga seasoning and allow it to boil for 15-20 minutes.

After a few minutes extract the fish first then allow the meat and stock fish to boil then extract the meat and stock fish and leave the stock on fire.

Turn the palm kernel juice in the stock then add pepper and allow it to boil until it gets thick

Add crayfish,okpehe,onion,Banga seed then add seasoning to your taste and stir

Add fish,kpomo,meat then scent leaf or ugu leaf and allow it to boil for some minutes. Serve with pounded yam or any swallow of your choice. I prefer mine with pounded yam 🤤
