Quick and easy beef ramen with tons of flavor

Ingredients

  1. 1 (12 oz)ribeye or steak of choice
  2. 2 tbsreduced sodium soy sauce
  3. 2prepared boiled eggs (cut in half)
  4. 2 packsramen of your choice
  5. 24 ozbeef broth
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. 1 tspsesame oil
  8. 1/2 cupwhite mushrooms
  9. 1/2 cupwhite onions sliced
  10. 1/4 cupcilantro chopped
  11. 1/4 cuprice wine vinegar
  12. 1 tspred pepper flakes (more if you like spicy)
  13. Sliced jalopenos (fresh or pickled)
  14. Sriracha got garnish
  15. Sesame seeds for garnish
  16. Olive oil
  17. Steak seasoning
  18. 1 tbsolive oil
  19. 2 tspsoy sauce
  20. 1 tsp onion powder
  21. 1 tspgarlic powder
  22. 2 tspgarlic herb seasoning
  23. 1 tspdried parsley
  24. Black pepper plus extra for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a cast-iron pan over medium high heat. Season steak by rubbing soy sauce and olive oil into meat. Mix seasonings together and coat both sides of steak deliberately

    Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil in pan. Cook steak 4 to 5 minutes on each side depending on the size of your steak. You want the steak cooked about medium as it will continue to cook inside of the broth.

    Remove steak from Pan and allowed to rest. And onions and mushrooms to pan in sauté till translucent

    Bring beef broth and water to a boil. Add Ramen and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Add rice wine vinegar soy sauce and sesame oil. Add red pepper flakes

  5. 5

    To prepare the dish ladle the Ramen broth into a bowl. Add Ramen noodles. Top with sliced steak, mushrooms and onions, jalapeños, and boiled egg. Garnish with cilantro sesame seeds, Black pepper and Sriracha.
