  1. 1small bowl roasted peanuts
  2. 1small bowl raw coconut
  3. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  4. 2green chilies
  5. 4-5garlic cloves
  6. Curry leaves as needed
  7. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  8. 1 teaspoonoil
  9. 1red chili
  10. Salt to taste

    In a blender jar, combine coconut, peanuts, salt, cumin seeds, garlic, green chilies, and a little water. Grind to a fine paste.

    Now, heat oil in a tempering pan and add mustard seeds, red chili, and curry leaves to make the tempering. Pour the tempering over the chutney and serve with idli or dosa.
