In a pan, roast peanuts for 2-3 minutes.

Once it cools down add to mixer grinder and make a powder.

To that add desicated coconut and yogurt and salt as per taste. Grind well.

Add water to make in chutney consistency and grind it.

In a tadka pan, add oil, mustard seeds and urad dal. Once they start to splutter pour over chutney. Serve with Dosa and Idli and ENJOY!!!
