Saurashtra or Kathiyawad is always facing shortage of vegetables during hot summer but this problem has solution with different types of recipe and none of it needs green vegetables..be it Sev tameta nu shake, ganthiya nu shake or simple dungriyu...Dhokli Nu Shake is another recipe in that way. It goes really well with bajri rotla.
