Make dhokli in a mixing bowl add besan, wheat flour add green masala regular masala oil salt coriander and make a tight dough with water now make equal size balls and make dhokli press ball with two palms and then make thin dhokli

In a pan hit on the flame add oil and mustard seeds and methi crackle them add a pinch hing add green masala add valor and add salt cook 5 min add hot water and cook it for 5 minis

Add dhokli and mix very well and cover lid stir it 2 or 3 times check it finally it's cook garnish with coriander serve with Aamras roti salad and dal chaval with popad and salad
