Ingredients

  1. 1medium sweet pumpkin
  2. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  3. 1/2 cupcooking cream
  4. 1/2 tspminced garlic
  5. Salt and black pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil or bake pumpkin until soft and tender

  2. 2

    Scrap out the flesh and mash or blend it together with the rest of the ingredients

  3. 3

    Serve immediately with beef stew or anything you like
