In a large and clean mixing bowl, sift the wheat flour,sugar and salt

Add in milk and yeast, mix together until everything is well combined and set aside

Break the egg in another bowl, whisk and add to the dry ingredients.

Add water in three batches and beat for 2minutes to break the lumps.

Use a cling film to cover the barter and set aside until it doubled in size for about 30-45minutes.

Lit the fire and place a deep frying pan on fire, pour in your oil and allow to hot.

Bring your barter close, deflate it and scoop the batter using ice cream scoop or your hand to drop it in the oil.

Fry on medium heat stirring occasionally until even brown.

Remove from the oil and drop it on a kitchen napkin to remove excess oil.

Serve with pap, tea or natural drink as breakfast.
