This is an easy recipe where the freshness and bitterness of the lemon creates a deep flavour.

Cut the beef and paprika into strips and finely chop the garlic. Finely chop or grate the yellow part of the lemon zest.
Sprinkle the beef with salt and pepper and cornflour.

Fry the garlic in olive oil over low heat and when a good aroma develops, add the beef and reduce the heat to medium.
Do not stir too much.

When the beef is cooked, add the paprika and fry some more.
When the paprika is slightly cooked, add the lemon juice, lemon zest and season with salt and pepper.

When it's nice and salty, you're done!!!
