Cooking Instructions

Mix butter, powder sugar salt and lemon zest. When combined well add self rising flour and almond flour, use spatula fold to combine. Then use your hand gather the dough together.

Flatten the dough, then cut into the shape with your option. Bake at 150 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
