Wash the pork chops and cut them into pieces as desired. Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, and paprika.

Chop the onion, tomato, bell pepper, and garlic as desired. In a skillet, sear the pork chops with a little oil and cook until done.

Add the tomato, onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet.

Once the pork chops are well cooked, add tomato paste or sofrito to taste and cook until the potatoes are tender. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
