Quinoa Moong and Vegetable Cup Cakes

Wash Quioa 3_4times.and soakfor 10min.
Wash moong and soak for 1/2 hr. - 2
Heat ghee in a cooker.Crackle Cuminseeds saute chopped onion ginger chilli garlic paste till onion looks transparant.
Now add quinoa salt and Maggi Masala pouch saute.Add 2Cup of water.Close the lid.and whistle3-4.Turn Off Flame..Allow it to Cool. - 3
On another side pressure cook Moong.whistle 4-5.Add salt.

Mix quinoa and moong and all vegetables like Grated beetroot carrot capsicum spinach coriander corn seeds and curd.
Mix and mash properly. - 5
Fill ina cake mould and micro for 2min.

For yellow dip.Mix salt turmeric powder pepper powder with Curd. And serve With Cup Cakes.

Tasty Healthy Quinoa Moong Vegetable Cup Cakes is ready to Serve with Yellow dip.Garnish with pomogranate seeds and spring onion ketchup.
