Ingredients

  1. Halfkg boneless chicken
  2. 2onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 2potatoes
  5. 5-6green chillies
  6. 1capsicum
  7. 1 cupyogurt
  8. 3 tbspshan jalfrezi masala
  9. Halftsp haldi
  10. Halftbsp kuti lal mirch
  11. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  12. 1 tspsalt
  13. Halftsp chilli sauce
  14. 1 tbsptomato paste
  15. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  16. Halfcup oil

Cooking Instructions

    First marinate the chicken by adding yogurt, all spices, ginger garlic paste in the chicken and marinate for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Now heat oil in a wok then add small cubes of potatoes and fry until golden brown

  3. 3

    Now take potatoes from oil and set aside. Add marinated chicken in the same oil and fry for 10 minutes

    Add tomato paste and fry for 5 minutes on high heat then add half cup water and cook for 15 minutes

    Then add fried potatoes and cook for 10 minutes until chicken and potatoes cooked properly

  6. 6

    Now cut veggies (onion, tomatoes, green chillies and capsicum into small cubes, remove seeds from tomatoes and add in the chicken gravy

  7. 7

    Cover and cook for about 7 minutes on low heat. Don't over cook the veggies.

    Serve with plain boiled rice
