  • 1/2 tspnBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspnCumin seeds
  • 1 tspnChopped ginger
  • 15 nosCashew nuts
  • As RequiredCurry leaves
  • As per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooker add rice, Dal, and water 5 whistles on a high flame.

    In a pan add ghee heat add black pepper, cumin seeds, ginger, cashew nuts and curry leaves, and then add into Ven Pongal.
