Steps

First clean the spinach and boil it in hot water for two minutes. Take out the boiled spinach in a grater. Now take it in a mixer and make a paste by crushing it.

Add salt, mouthwash and prepared spinach paste to the wheat flour to taste and mix the flour with water as required. (Cover and leave for ten minutes.)

Now weave the paratha and fry it on both sides with oil. Spinach paratha is ready. Serve it with curd or pickle.
