Steps

Wash & cut tomato, red bell & scotch bonnet pepper. Peel, wash & cut onion too as seen in the picture below 👇🏻 then grind or blend add into a pot & cook until water drains.

If it’s much reduce & store in the fridge, then to the remaining add in some oil & fry for a couple of minutes then Add some water to loosen It. if you have chicken stock or beef broth that’s best but if you don’t have then water is ok.

Then add in seasonings to your taste, like salt, maggi or onga. Put in the cooked meat or fish any one you have, followed by the peeled potato that you have cut & wash. Cover & allow to cook until potato & meat soften.

Then add in spices of choice like curry, thyme or any spice at hand, cook for some minutes. When the stew thickens & every thing softens off heat & serve with rice, pasta or yam😋😋😋enjoy!
