Children love Puri chole.This tiffin recipe is tasty and filling.In these two dishes I have used a secret ingredient which is very nutritious .In chole I have used amla or gooseberry for making it dark in colour.In Puri I had mixed potato to make it soft. Punjabi cuisine is loved by everyone.

Boil kabuli chane in a pressure cooker with salt,water(3 cups) and amla.for 20 min.Let it cool.

Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,green chilli, garlic,ginger and onion.Cook on a medium heat until brown.Add tomato puree in it and cook another 5 min
or until oil releases. - 3
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder,chana masala and salt.Cook it well.Add.boiled chane into it.Add water from the boiled chole.Cook it for 6-7 min.Sprinkle.garam masala over it and mix.

For Puri - Mix all-purpose flour and.potato Add water to make soft dough.

Heat oil in a pan,divide the dough into 12portions,make a.ball.and roll it like a Puri.Fry it in hot oil,flip it over. and fry.it.Make all the puris like this.

Your delicious.chane and Puri is ready to pack in a tiffin.
