Onion Tomato Masala Papad Sandwich
This onion tomato papad sandwich is the best option for small appetite. Because this sandwich is an easy and quick sandwich made from the ingredients available at home. Which looks very tasty.. because masala papad has also been used in this so the taste of this sandwich is very spicy. This is the best option for school lunch box.
Steps
- 1
First of all in a bowl add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, chopped capsicum, chopped, green chillies and chopped green coriander leaves in a bowl.
- 2
Now add chaat masala, salt, roasted cumin powder and lemon juice to it and mix everything well. Now dry roast the masala papad on a pan.
- 3
- 4
Then take four breads on a chopper board. Spread butter on two breads and green sandwich chutney on the other two breads.
- 5
Now spread the prepared filling on the sandwich chutney bread. (Note :- In the filling we have taken vegetables that release their own water, so when putting the filling on the bread, take it from the bowl with a spoon so that the filling does not get watery) Now chop the roasted papad by hand and spread on top.
- 6
After that, put a slice of cheese on top and put a slice of buttered bread on it and press the bread a little.
- 7
Now spread butter on the side of the pan on which the bread is to be baked and press it lightly with a spoon until golden brown on both sides.
- 8
Now our onion tomato papad sandwich is ready to serve. Cut this sandwich in the middle with a knife and do the desired plating. I served this sandwich with special sandwich green chutney and tomato ketchup.
