
Chicken liver with wine and soya
Lazy Saturday with some bad wine leftovers.
Steps

Cut the garlic to small pieces. Cut the onion to small pieces. Clean the liver.

Add olive oil on pan. Fry garlic for a moment. Add onion, fry got a moment (don’t let it get brown)

Add liver. Fry on both sides - 30 seconds one side and 30 another side
- 4
Add soya and taryaki and fry for a moment
- 5
Add wine and water and a bit of sugar
- 6
Leave on low fire until done (don’t keep too long on fire, to still have some sauce left for rice or potatoes)

Add salt after it’s cooked. Serve with baked potatoes or rice.
