Veg and cheese Sandwich

First, heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute on low flame for a minute.

Then add the boiled vegetables (chopped carrots, beans, peas, capsicum and cabbage), boiled and mashed potatoes and saute well.

Add Paneer, spices, seasonings and give a good mix. Then add lemon juice and switch off the heat. Filling is ready.

Apply butter on the outer side of bread slices. Place a tablespoon full filling on one slice. Top with cheese slice. Then close with other slice. Make all the sandwiches similarly.

Roast the sandwiches either on skillet or in the sandwich maker. Pack in kids lunchbox along with sweet potato chips instead of regular potato chips.
