I got the koya from market and wanted to make some kajjikai using this .Tried this simple variety snack and came out very tasty .

I got the koya from market and wanted to make some kajjikai using this .Tried this simple variety snack and came out very tasty .
Steps

Take maida (all purpose flour) in a bowl.Add melted ghee to it and mix well.Then add water and prepare dough and keep it aside for 10 mins.

Grind cashew and badam in powder and add this to the readymade sweet kova mix which is available in market.

Make small ball of the dough and roll it into small puri using rolling pin. Then place the puri in the mould of kajjikai(gujjia) and put the koya mixture on it and seal the sides by applying little water on the corners.

Prepare all the kajjikai and keep it aside.

Heat oil in frying pan.Put one buy one and fry it on slow flame till they turn golden.

Remove from flame and once they are cool store in tight container.
