Ingredients

20 minutes
1 serving
  • 1 cupbasmati rice or other
  • 1 tinSliced pork / ham meat from a tin
  • Spring onions as many as you like
  • 1egg

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the rice in water for *12 minutes on medium heat
    When cooked put through a sieve. And set aside.

    Cook spring onions in wok the add a little milk to your egg like making an omelette add to the wok with a little oil and cook in small bits.

    Then add ham and stir around add salt and pepper and serve.
