  1. 2zucchinis
  2. 6cherry tomatoes
  3. 1 1/2 cupsshredded roasted chicken
  4. 3 tablespoonslight cream cheese
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Oregano to taste
  7. Thyme to taste
  8. 4-6 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese

    Clean the zucchinis and remove the ends. Cut them lengthwise and spray the flesh with a little oil. Cook them 2 at a time for 10 minutes at 375°F in the air fryer. By this time, they should be tender; remove the flesh and set aside.
