An easy tasty mushroom curry stewed in coconut milk.

Heat olive oil in a sauce pan, add in mustard seeds and once they start to crackle, add in the ginger garlic, slit green chilli and curry leaves.

Once ginger garlic are a little brown add in the sliced onions and 1 minute after that add in the sliced button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.

Add in the premixed Maggi coconut milk powder in water, adjust the salt at this point.

Cook for 10-12 minutes, switch off the gas and add in the black pepper.Stir and serve hot with any main dish of your choice.
