Today I have made tasty delicious Parwal curry /sabzi. It's basically prepared for lunch and dinner. It goes best with any parath, Roti or Rice.

Today I have made tasty delicious Parwal curry /sabzi. It's basically prepared for lunch and dinner. It goes best with any parath, Roti or Rice.
Steps

First parwal and potato peel them and cut potato into dice and parwal cut into two pieces

Heat mustard oil in a Kadai add potato, parwal pieces one by one, and fry them on low flame until golden brown, take out on a plate and keep aside

Now heat mustard oil in a Kadai add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamom, and hing, saute 1 minute then add ginger paste and cook few seconds then add cumin powder, coriander powder, haldi, red chili powder and cook them properly then add tomato paste and cook.

When masala cooks well, oil released from the masala then add fried parwal and potato pieces, and mix it well.

Now add hot water and cook another 5 -7 minutes. Lastly add ghee, sugar, and garam masala, mix it well, boil for 2 minutes and turn off the flame.

Pointed Gourd Curry is ready to Serve.
