Ingredients

  • 2-3potatoes
  • 1/2tspoon turmericpowder
  • 3tabspoon oil
  • 1tabspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2tspoon garam masala powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2tspoon dry Coriander powder optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peeled potatoes cut them into circles and thin pieces put them in water. Rinse pet dry potato pieces sprinkle a little turmeric powder and red chilli powder

  2. 2

    Heat up oil in pan once heated add potatoes circules saute cover with lid stir occationly put the flame slow.

    Open the lid and check out the potatoes are cooked now add all dry spices and powder and mix well.

    Serve hot with chapati bhakri fulka pulav
